1. You’ll receive an email from our portal. Be sure to look in your email (even your spam folder) for an email from Access Ultimate Customer Service. This email has some really important information in it.
• Username and password for portal login. This is very important. Make sure to read it! This is your contract with Access Ultimate Customer Service. It explains what we expect and what you expect, including your client selection, pay, pay dates, etc.
• Handbook. We’ve taken the most important parts and put them on the website to make it easier. But we provide you with a full copy.
2. Now, you are ready to log in! Enter the username and password given to you in the email mentioned above, and you are now in the portal.
We work with amazing clients. I am sure you’ve shopped with or used their services before. Access Ultimate Customer Service agents get to select from top tier retail, energy, travel, transportation, tax preparation, finance, and even medical companies who need people just like you to provide their customers with quality customer service.
Clients post opportunities with the details when they need to bring on a group of agents. The hourly pay can vary depending on the client, and ranges from $10-$15 an hour. After you select your client, you will enroll in their free certification course. Enrollment steps include a technical check, ID verification, and background check performed by First Advantage. They require a $30 background check fee. It satisfies all clients for 3 years, so it is basically a one time charge. There is NOTHING that precludes a person with a criminal background from working.
This course will walk you through everything you need to know about servicing this client. It will also include your downloads for the systems and credentials for your log in. Most certifications are about 4 weeks long, 4 hours a day, Monday thru Friday via the online classroom link in your portal. It must be completed successfully in order to service that client.
Once you’re certified, you make your own schedule via the portal or scheduling app. Your client will assign you an awesome support team to help ensure your success!!
